By registering an account and submitting your CV to TalentVia Global, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information, documents (including CVs and Passports), and experience details provided are true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information is a violation of UAE labor guidelines and may result in immediate disqualification or legal action.

3. Data Privacy (GDPR & UAE Data Law)

We collect your personal data solely for recruitment purposes. By submitting your profile, you consent to TalentVia Global sharing your details with potential employers and partner companies within the UAE and internationally for the purpose of finding employment.

4. No Guarantee of Employment

TalentVia Global acts as a recruitment intermediary. Submission of your profile does not guarantee an interview or a job offer. Employment decisions are made solely by the hiring companies.

5. Candidate Responsibility

Candidates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity performed through your account is your sole responsibility.

6. Fees

In accordance with UAE Labor Law, TalentVia Global does not charge candidates any fees for job placements. We strongly advise candidates never to pay anyone for a job offer.
